To my beloved ancestors, from Olofin Ogbolu. You are the roots that have nurtured and shaped my existence... Ijebu Ife is a limited edition book coming out later this month. As I continue to document Nigeria, it is nice to document the source of my early life where my parents came from. Ijebu Ife shaped my views about life. From Muslim Primary School II, Idofe to Ijebu Ife Community Grammar School, Ibelu, and living with my maternal grandparents in Okeliwo, made me all that I am today. Ijebu Ife is an interesting book to read. You will get to know how the town was founded and all the Obas from Olofin Ogbolu to the current 45th Oba, Kabiyesi Adesesan Afolorunso Oguntayo, the Ajalorun of Ijebu Ife. Watch out.
