LINGAYEN, Pangasinan: Gov. Ramon Guico 3rd has called on the people of Pangasinan who own lands in Barangay Malico in San Nicolas town to help the provincial government by donating parts of their properties for the establishment of government institutions in the area.
In an ambush interview on Independence Day, Guico said that more government structures will be built in Malico if landowners will cooperate with the provincial government.
