Assembly constituency no.74 Nadbai (Asifabad) (नदबई in Hindi), is an Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) seat in the Matsya region and Bharatpur district, of the state of Rajasthan, which is in the North West region of India (Bharat). Nadbai is part of the 9. Bharatpur (Scheduled Caste) Lok Sabha (Parliamentary) constituency. This constituency can be categorised as: General; Rural constituency.

DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE

Nadbai Assembly constituency has an estimated Scheduled Caste population of 26.03% and an estimated Scheduled Tribe population of 2.24%, according to the report of the Delimitation Commission of 2008. The estimated literacy level of the district in which this constituency falls in is 70.11%, according the Census of India, 2011.

In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Joginder Singh Awana of BSP won in this seat defeating Krishnendra Kaur (Deepa) of BJP by a margin of 4,094 which was 2.26% of the total votes cast for the seat. BSP had a vote share of 28.17% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Krishnendra Kaur (Deepa) of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ghanshyam (Baba) of BSP by a margin of 14,556 votes which was 9.34% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 39.13% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Krishnendra Kaur (Deepa) of BJP won this seat beating Yashavant Singh Ramu of BSP by a margin of 6,180 votes which was 4.77% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BSP had a vote share of 35.09% in the seat.
