Assembly constituency no.38 Neem Ka Thana (नीम का थाना in Hindi), is an Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) seat in the North region and Sikar district, of the state of Rajasthan, which is in the North West region of India (Bharat). DEMOGRAPHIC PROFILE

Neem Ka Thana Assembly constituency has an estimated Scheduled Caste population of 13.12% and an estimated Scheduled Tribe population of 5.86%, according to the report of the Delimitation Commission of 2008. In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Suresh Modi of INC won in this seat defeating Prem Singh Bajore of BJP by a margin of 12,615 which was 7.06% of the total votes cast for the seat. INC had a vote share of 37.12% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Prem Singh Bajor of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Ramesh Chand Khandelwal of INC by a margin of 34,202 votes which was 22.26% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 45.3% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Ramesh Chand Khandelwal of INC won this seat beating Prem Singh Bajor of BJP by a margin of 22,659 votes which was 18.32% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 51.82% in the seat.
