Legendary punk band's new line-up features the daughter of a Sex Pistol

The Slits are gearing up to release their first new full-length album in more than 25 years.

‘Trapped Animal’, due out in the US on October 6, will mark the 30th anniversary of their 1979 debut ‘Cut’. The album’s first single, ‘Ask Ma’, will be released in August.

The band’s current line-up features original members Ari Up and Tessa Pollitt, along with Hollie Cook, the daughter of Sex Pistols‘ drummer Paul Cook, Anna Schlute and Adele Wilson.
