Neskowin is one of the overlooked gems of the Oregon coast: Gerry Frank’s picks

Neskowin Oregon

Rain or shine, the Oregon coast has served as my home away from home for many years. Although I have recommendations all along the coastline from Astoria down to Gold Beach, if you’re looking for a quaint escape away from it all, consider Neskowin.

Often overlooked, this quiet little beach town is tucked off of Highway 101 along the Northern Oregon coast between Pacific City and Lincoln City. The long and walkable beach is filled with natural beauty worth exploring – especially at low tide when the view is most dramatic.
