The Grammy Award winning rock band, The Wallflowers, will perform in central Pa. in the summer of 2024.
The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 27, at American Music Theatre in Lancaster.
“For the past 30 years, The Wallflowers, led by Jakob Dylan, have stood as one of rock’s most dynamic and purposeful bands – dedicated to and continually honing a sound that meshes timeless songwriting and storytelling with a hard-hitting and decidedly modern musical attack.
“That signature style has been present through the decades, baked into the grooves of smash hit albums like 1996′s ‘Bringing Down the Horse’ as well as more recent and exploratory fare like 2012′s ‘Glad All Over.’”
The Wallflowers have sold more than 10 million albums. They won two Grammy Awards - Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal and Best Rock Song for “One Headlight” in 1998. The Wallflowers have been nominated six times for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Feb. 16 for between $39 and $69.
