• You must have a printer, compatible cutting machine (such as a Silhouette, Cricut, etc.), and/or software to open, unzip and use the file(s) included. No files will be emailed to buyer from seller if unable to unzip the files.

• A desktop computer (Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, or Linux) to extract the ZIP folder of files (as smartphones/tablets do not naively open/extract ZIP folders without using some type of file manager app).

NOTE: Depending on the device and default system settings, the SVG file type can appear as a HTML file extension in the folder (which will show your default browser icon as the default opening program).

• Working knowledge of YOUR machine, software, equipment, cut settings and/or weeding abilities. We will not offer refunds or offer support / training / instructions on how to use the file(s).

• Etsy account or valid email for guest checkout. Upon successful payment processing, you will receive your digital download link or download email directly from Etsy. If you do not see the email, check your Junk / Spam mailbox.

• Custom Requests: Custom design requests are welcome but may not always be available.

• Text Is NOT Editable: All text and shapes have been converted to outlines and/or compound paths so the design is not editable, or text based (type that can be clicked and changed). To change the wording, you'll just need to ungroup and remove the word(s) you don't want and replace with your own font(s).

• Colors: Design colors are saved as shown in product photos. Use your included source files (AI, EPS, SVG, DXF) to alter file colors or cut design in your vinyl color of choice.

• Print Files: If not listed specifically as a high-resolution PDF file listing, all file package sets include both a PNG and JPG file format which can be used for small print needs.

• Fonts: You may use your own font(s) to personalize or change the design.

----- Some text may be hand brushed lettering, so the edges are not smooth like a traditional font

• Quality of your cut will depend on the size of the design you are intending to cut. The smaller you cut the design the more difficult it may be to cut and weed. Please take this in consideration when purchasing specific designs

To Unzip the file you download, do one of the following:

1. To unzip all the contents of the unzipped folder, press and hold (or right click) the folder, select EXTRACT ALL, and follow the prompt instructions.

2. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file to a new location.

After Etsy successfully processes payment, you can download your file(s). To get started, you'll want to ensure a few things before getting started:

1.) Use a desktop or laptop computer

(you can't open or extract ZIP folders on most smartphones or tablets)

2.) Use Etsy.com and not the Etsy app

(there's currently no support to download digital orders within the app)

3.) Remember your account type used:

Here, you can download all the files associated with your order (at any time!). You will also receive an email containing information to download the file.

Before purchase of any design(s) that include word(s), you are responsible for checking / maintaining status of trademarks in the appropriate marketing/category you are selling in (i.e. apparel, mugs, etc.)
