Hello and welcome. My name is Rebecca, and I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist. I work both short and long term with individuals, groups and couples. Whether you have a specific issue that you would like the space to explore, are dealing with something longer term that is becoming difficult to manage, or would like to understand yourself more deeply, psychotherapy can be a valuable resource. I specialise in working with clients who want to better understand themselves and identity, whether historic events seem to be holding you back, there is a feeling of not fitting in to family or social groups, or struggles in relationships.
In addition to developing an understanding of mind, I am interested to know what happens for people in the body, a great source of information. I work both indoors in my allotment therapy room, online, and outdoors. It is important to me that the therapeutic relationships is collaborative and respectful, and I strive to honour equity and autonomy.
I welcome you to be part of a space with me, where we can explore your experiences and patterns to understand the ways in which you want to relate to the world. In order to make sure that we are the right therapeutic fit, I offer a free short telephone consultation.
