Refocus Counseling providing Clinical Supervision for PsyD, M.A. and LPC post-graduate students. Supervision is the process of reviewing and monitoring the practitioner’s work to increase their skills to help them solve problems in order to provide clients the optimal quality of service possible and prevent harm from occurring. What sets supervision apart is the evaluative process. We provide an assurance of ethical practice, continued professional growth with evaluation in a successful, counseling practice with the infrastructure in place for you to develop your own clinical expertise.
Our supervisors are available to you, with effective listening, feedback, and challenging. We are aware that supervision is a process and adapt to your individual needs; staying focused on the fact that the primary goal of supervision is to monitor clinical services at our office site while providing feedback and evaluation.
