Robins was recently named the most affluent town in Iowa by the American Community Survey while at the same time maintaining the lowest property taxes in the Metro Area ($7.71 per $1,000 assessed valuation).  The median home valuation is $323,200. 75% of Robins’ households’ annual income ranges from $75,000 to $200,000+.
