Founding Anniversary

For most of the people, February is one of the most anticipated months because of
Valentine’s Day celebration. But for most of College of Maasin students (CMians), Valentine’s
Day isn’t the only thing that they anticipate for in the month of February. It has been a
tradition of the College of Maasin to hold an annual celebration of College Day in the
month of February, when the college students get to exhibit their creativity in this celebration.
As a part of it, each college department has something to offer for the visitors and on this
year’s celebration, it was more than that.
Different college departments prepared things that would make the college day
celebration more lovely and vibrant. Various booths were put up to entice visitors and for
the students to enjoy. Bazaars were also opened for those who wanted to buy various food
items, drinks, souvenirs, etc.
Moreover, sports competition and a literary musical contest were showcased by the
students unveiling their sportsmanship, talents and creativity.
