    Sangguniang Kabataan Refromed Act of 2015, you are hereby appointed as Sangguniang
    Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Calongbuyan, Galimuyod SK effective MAY 10, 2023 with
    the authority to discharge the functions and duties vested in said position/office in accordance
    with law.

    A RESOLUTION CONCURING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS MA ANTONETTE E


    DAGSI AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY
    CALONGBUYAN, GALIMUYOD, ILOCOS SUR EFFECTIVE MAY 10, 2023

    Whereas, Ms. Lovely G Ocampo, the appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary can no longer
    perform her duties and responsibilities related to her position as provided by law she rendered
    her resignation letter effective on May 8, 2023 due to hectic schedule brought up school works
    and other responsibilities;

    Whereas, it is an immediate action of the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson to appoint a new


    Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary from the Katipunan ng mga Kabataan in order to ensure the
    continuity of the functions of the Sangguniang Kabataan and other functions pertinent to the
    position of a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary stipulated under Republic Act No. 10742
    otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reformed Act of 2015;

    Whereas, Section 7 of Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Reformed Act of 2015 provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by
    the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson with the concurrence of the majority of the Sangguniang
    Kabataan Members;

    Whereas, MS ANTONETTE E DAGSI, possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang


    Kabataan Secretary provided under Section 10 of Republic Act No. 10742;

    NOW, THEREFORE, on motion made and duly seconded by this august body duly assembled
    for regular session;

    BE IT RESOLVED, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED, to CONCUR THE APPOINTMENT OF


    MS MA ANTONETTE E DAGSI AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF
    BARANGAY CALONGBUYAN, GALIMUYOD, ILOCOS SUR EFFECTIVE MAY 10, 2023.
    RESOLVED FURTHER, that said person shall assume her duties and responsibilities
    effective May 10, 2023;

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution is forwarded to all concerned


    agencies/offices for their information and reference.

    CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY this 6th day of May, 2023 at Calongbuyan, Galimuyod, Ilocos Sur.

    decrees promulgated by the duly constituted authorities of the Republic of the Philippines; that I
