    Dear Hon. Alindogan:

    Warmest and Youthful greetings!

    The Bureau of the Treasury Sorsogon Provincial Office in partnership with the
    Provincial Government of Sorsogon will be conducting the Fidelity Bond Caravan and invites
    all the newly elected BSK Officials to join the activity at the Sorsogon Provincial Gymnasium
    Onsite Fidelity Bonding on December 12, 2023 .

    This activity is intended to enlighten the newly elected BSK Officials on the basic
    information about Fidelity Bonding and other information that will be beneficial to
    them. Thus, the attendees may have the chance to raise questions and concerns to the
    following offices; DBM, COA, DILG, LBP, and BTr. Moreover, there will be a fidelity bonding
    process who may opt to avail.

    Relative to this, may we invite all the SK Chairman and SK Treasurers of every barangay in
    your municipality to attend the said activity. All attendees must bring their confirmation
    from BTr of the Bonding Application, the Annual Budget 2023, and the amount of the 2%
    annual dues per municipality & city.
