About Little Olives

This property is located slightly to the north of Eastbourne town centre, in the historic Old Town, which has traditional pubs and independent shops. The cottage is ideally suited for the walkers amongst you who can enjoy local walks across the surrounding area which has some of the country’s most iconic scenery, including the vistas of Beachy Head and the South Downs National Park. The town centre is just a short walk away from the property and offers a wider range of shops, as well as attractions including the interesting Life Boat Museum. The town’s bandstand which offers a busy programme of concerts, and the newly restored Victorian pier offering a range of venues including a nightclub, a tea room, and fish and chip restaurant.

The door opens into a small hallway, then through into the property’s cosy lounge. This room is a delightful space in which you can relax with comfortable seating and Smart TV, or enjoy the selection of board games and books. Towards the rear of this room, a door leads through to the kitchen/diner where guests will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, perfect for those who to prefer to cook at home. There is an understairs cupboard with space for storing coats and shoes. Relax at the farmhouse style dining table with seating for four and enjoy a family meal overlooking the pretty garden. Steep turned stairs with a handrail lead from the hallway up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom with decorative iron bedstead, and a double bedroom with views to the rear garden. The bathroom is also located on this floor with a high roll top bath with shower over, sink and WC.

Heading outside through the kitchen/diner, there is a large enclosed garden with a rear patio and garden furniture, providing a delightful space to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is roadside parking subject to availability to the front of the property.
