2. Located in the state of Colonia, Uruguay overlooking the River Plate and
in front of Martín García Island. 20km from Carmelo, 60km from Colonia
City and 40km in a straight line to Buenos Aires (20min by air, 1hr in
boat from Colonia City).
The nearby Four Seasons Resort of Carmelo (5 stars) has an excellent
18 hole golf course.
The property has a 4km coastline. The house is very comfortable with 4
suite bedrooms, facing the beach with a panoramic view of the river. It is
surrounded by a beautiful ancient park, maintained and updated with
several new species, from where you can see Buenos Aires.

4. 500 meters from the house you can find the quarry, now filled with rain
water and named The Pilgrim Lake, on behalf of a Pilgrim Falcon that
comes every year and nests there.
This lake extends for over 5 has. with 30 meters in depth, currently used
to practice several water sports as well as a pool.
Next to this lake is the old pier “Martín Chico” which is only 500 meters
away from the Martin García’s Channel (which is 12 meters deep).
2 km northwest in the other side of the property you can find the pier
“Punta Dorado” which has a 170 meter length and from where you can
reach the channel with 8 meters of undredged depth.
This allows all kinds of nautical projects. Typically sought by Argentinean
tourists but recently by European and American investors.
