• Eddie Floyd is fantastic live! If you get the chance to go see, do not hesitate. I was unsure about seeing him myself, and now I can't wait to see him again. His voice is really something special. He loves the music he makes, and it really does show. He did some new tracks from his album Down By The Sea, which were very good. His older songs were my favorite though. He even had his son doing some songs with him, which was really cool! His son has an amazing voice as well - a true knock off of his father.

  The show was laid back and very enjoyable. Eddie's voice makes me feel a sense of relaxation. I think much of the audience felt the same way. He just puts you at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole night. I even got to shake his hand after the show, which I thought was great. I don't think any of us expected him to stick around and talk to anyone, but he took his time and talked to as many people as he could.

  Overall, I had a wonderful time. I look forward to hearing some new music from him soon.
