Lingsugur Assembly constituency is one of the 224 legislative constituencies in Karnataka. The constituency falls in Raichur district of Karnataka.

The seat is currently held by D S Hoolageri of Congress. He won the seat in 2018 Assembly elections by defeating JDS' Bandi Siddu. In 2013, the seat was won by JDS with a margin of 1,286 votes.

This constituency has a total of 244815 voters as per 2019 Parliament election. The assembly constituency will decide the fate of candidates on May 10. The result will be announced on May 13.

In 2018, the voters turnout in Manvi was 67.76 per cent. D. S. Hoolageri of Congress was voted 54,230 votes while Bandi Siddu of JDS gained 49,284 votes.
