Woree, the Queensland location that tops the 10 highest yielding suburbs for units

The far north Queensland suburb of Woree on the outskirts of Cairns is the highest yielding suburb for units in Australia to November 2015, according to Property Value.

Four other Cairns suburbs, Bungalow, Manundah, Westcourt and Manoora feature on the top ten list below.
