Cage The Elephant coming to the Carolinas on upcoming tour

Presales for tickets start Tuesday, March 5 then ticket sales open to the general public on Friday, March 8.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Cage The Elephant is heading on tour, and coming to the Carolinas.

The Grammy-winning rock band's tour announcement came along with the announcement of what will be the band's sixth studio album: "Neon Pill."

The North American tour will stop at 45 locations this summer, and the Carolinas made the cut. They'll be joined by Young The Giant at some locations and Bakar at others. 

Cage The Elephant will be joined by Young The Giant and Bakar on Aug. 3 in Raleigh at Coastal Credit Union Music Park, then Cage The Elephant and Bakar will perform at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte on Aug. 4.
