Built for the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company in 1946, she made her final crossing from Douglas in August 1975. Whilst laid-up awaiting breakup, the ship broke away from her berth during a severe storm and drifted aground in the Lune Estuary, coming to rest on the mud flats. Re-floated in April 1976, she was finally broken up in 1979.
